We recently took on the challenge of installing our stunning LED marquee number lights for a fabulous 30th celebration. At Event Lab, we know that no two outdoor spaces are alike. That’s why we adapt our plans to fit every unique nook and cranny perfectly.
🛠️ Our approach? Plan ahead but always be ready to adjust on the spot. For this event, we came prepared with some base elements, but the real magic happened when we arrived. Despite the space appearing larger beforehand, we quickly reimagined the layout on the spot. We worked around the shed, navigated the bushy tree, and carefully positioned the lights to avoid any potential balloon-popping obstacles. It’s all about precision and a touch of creativity! 🎈🌳🏠
✨ The result? A sparkling spectacle that complemented the space like a glove, making the birthday girl’s special day even brighter. And the best part? Our LED marquee numbers are available for rental, ready to light up your next big bash!

Picking a venue can be hard SO to make things a little easier in your decision process here are some tips:
▫️Choose the right LOCATION - Consider the location of your event and choose a venue that is convenient for your guests. If most of your guests are from out of town, choose a spot that is close to the airport or major highways.
▫️Consider the size of the VENUE - Make sure the venue is the right size for your event. If you have a small group, you don't want to rent a huge space, and if you have a large group, you don't want to cram everyone into a small room.
▫️Think about the type of EVENT you are HOSTING - Different venues are better suited for different types of events. For example, a wedding requires a different type of venue than a corporate conference.
