This Sunday, we will be taking a limited amount of orders for brisket bombs. It’s a jalapeño stuffed with cream cheese, brisket, wrapped in bacon and glazed with bbq sauce. We will have about 10-15 dz available. Great snack for game day.

Here is the menu for this Sunday. We have been away to long, and we can wait to see all our lovely customers. We are adding a 4 meat plate and also Smoked Turkey Breast and Pork Belly to the menu. Don’t forget we are taking pre orders for the Dino rib plate only. Hope to see you all on Sunday.

Last week to buy some raffle tickets for a shot at winning 2 tickets to the Cowboys vs Texans game on November 18th. Not only a chance for the tickets but some other great prizes too. Spin the wheel twice for a chance to win a catering for 25 people. We will have two winners and each will get a catering for 20 people. The winners can pick the weekend they want it and it can be used on a holiday too. Chose 3 meats from brisket, ribs, sausage, chicken leg qtrs, smoked turkey breast, or pulled pork.
