I hosted a “Mommy Daughter” community event with other energy sound healers and energy facilitators, at my new home in Granite Bay, with some of the nicest neighbors who love hollistic, high vibration activities. It was a huge success of estactic dancing, yoga (led by a professional), essential oils and medical grade reiki by an extremely talented medical professional on the body. We served herbal tea to the ladies on their mats while they came back to present moment. Very good memories and a team of healers that feels like family.

There is a scientific experiment called “The Hundredth Monkey”, they also have later conducted this experiment with rats and same outcome. Ideas, memory are not saved in the brain but effects the collective conscious if enough people adopt an idea or way. We are animals. But the work we do as a positive collective unit, effects the entire global field and shifts consciousness. I personally now can feel being upgraded by other peoples field in a positive way. Another theory is also called the “Guru Theory”, same theme, both working with the collective consciousness. This is the new science.

Similar research is “The Happiness Experiment” (Lynn McTaggart talks about that research). It is more that you are effected by your environment of who you are around, because of that interconnected energy field, its more direct, not having to do with the collective consciousness that is easy to test with animals.

Tonight is very spiritual but great for your body, mind and spirit. Movement in meditation is the theme! Or it can be breathwork for some, like lying down, standing or in a chair. Which breathwork itself) conscious breathing can be a miraculous modality in itself. You can ground, move kundalini energy, increase endorphins, burn calories, whatever you want!
I will be clearing people (with biofield tools), during the intense 45 music mix and then work our way into a deep healing meditational relaxed state. You can observe just to learn, Stephanie & I are a wealth of information and get intuitive guidance as well. Stephanie is certified in yoga and taught many years. I have had formal training in a paid “kundalini practitioner” course led by a licensed psychotherapist, similar to a modality called “KAP”.
