Except those who believe/trust/have faith in Allah/God and do righteous deeds (charitable acts, working for justice, acts of kindness, being honest witnesses/ give true testimony, avoiding immorality and oppression and deception), and advise one another to Truth (to not deny what is true and not deceive ourselves or others) and advise one another to be patient. This also underscores the importance of patience in a time-based world where our time is intertwined with that of others, making the system of limitations and opportunities more complex.
The final longest aya makes an exception to being in loss under 4 conditions:

Trust in God. He knows everything and all He does is for the greatest Good but we cannot know or therefore properly judge such what is out of our sphere of knowing and experience. So we have to trust these realities.
Give generously, be kind and considerate of others, avoid oppression and immoral acts (taking interest/usury, sexual promiscuity or r**e, stealing except for food in dire need, murder [killing except “with right” ie in self-defense, war in defense against aggressors, or by law after fair trial], deceitful or unfair business practices, gaining political power by force or deception, tyranny or abuse of any kind of power whether personal or social), give honest testimony except under duress without remedy, and do not abuse animals or earth’s resources.
Advise others to truth: to be truthful but also to not deny truth
Advise others to be patient

Surah Kausar sums up the doctrine of spiritual riches through devotion and sacrifice. This Surah is foremost directly addressed to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and through him to the rest of the Muslims. It is the 108th and the shortest of the Quran, composed of only 3 verses.

6. Those who perform good deeds only to show off

This ayah refers to those people who may pray in a congregation of believers, but they are not praying to seek the Mercy of Allah; instead, they are praying to show the world that they are religious and righteous. This, very clearly, is a sign of hypocrisy as such people do not pray for the sake of Allah SWT, but instead, they pray to get approval and praise from their fellow companions.

7. Yet forbid common kindness!

Common kindness is any action that is of use for others. It can be something as simple as a smile or a word of kindness spoken to others that might cheer them up. Allah says that people who deny and overlook small acts of kindness are the worst, as they bear nothing but ill-will towards their fellow human beings.

فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ ﴿4﴾ الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ ﴿5﴾ الَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَ‌اءُونَ (So woe to those performers of salah who are neglectful of their salah, who [ do good only to ] show off.) These verses describe the characteristics of the hypocrites who used to perform the prayers only to make a display of them to the people and prove that their claim of being sincere Muslims is true. As they do not believe in the obligatory nature of the prayers, they are not regular at them, and they do not observe the prescribed times, but offer them carelessly at the eleventh hour or completely out of time. They perform them only when they must to make a display of them, otherwise they have no place in their lives.

This verse gives us goosebumps as it talks about the hypocrisy

وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ ٣

La yahuddu means that the person neither persuades his own self, nor tells the people of his household, to provide the poor man with his food, nor dces he urge others to recognize the rights of the poor and needy people of society who are starving and do something to satisfy their hunger. Here, by giving only two conspicuous examples, Allah has pointed out what kind of evils are produced in the people who deny the Hereafter: The real object is not to point out only these two evils-that the people drive away the orphans and do not urge giving away the food of the poor as a result of the denial of the Hereafter. But of the countless evils which are thus produced, two evils have been presented as an example, which every noble and sound-natured person will regard as hateful. Besides, another thing meant to be impressed is that if this very man had believed at he would have to go before God to render an account of his deeds, he would not have committed such evils as to deprive the orphan of his rights, tyrannize him, repulse him, neither feed the poor man himself nor urge others to give him his food. The characteristics of the believers in the Hereafter which have been described in Surah Al-`Asr and Surah Al-Balad are that they exhort one another to mercy, and they exhort one another to the truth and to render the rights of others.

فَذٰلِكَ الَّذِيْ يَدُعُّ الْيَتِيْمَۙ ۝٢

That if an orphan comes to ask him for help, he repulses him instead of showing him any compassion, and if he still persists in his entreaties in the hope for mercy, he drives him away and out of sight.

The Surah discusses the character of those who claim to be Muslims but are oblivious of the hereafter. These people deprive the orphans of their rights, are heedless to the dues of the destitute, and pray without holding God in remembrance, forgetting the objective behind prayer.
