It was the anniversary of this insane day yesterday 🖤 When you think of winter weddings it doesn’t have to be to classic palette and styling, this was just the perfect modern, moody and creative set up for Michelle and Dan.✨

‘After our free consultation with Penny when we booked our Godwick wedding (and also following her amazing work for years before even getting engaged!) we knew we wanted her help, skills and knowledge for our big day. Her eye for styling and ideas is unparalleled, she is a fountain of wedding knowledge! We opted to hire loads of pieces from her including disco balls and every candlestick/tea light holder under the sun and she was so quick at responding to all my questions :) we also used her for her incredible sign writing! She found a specific retro font to match our invitation suite which was beautiful and her hand drawn illustrations for our skyline seating plan actually made me cry! (So much so, that I wouldn’t let her have it back and we have paid the replacement fee to keep it and admire it in our house forever!)
If you’re in any doubt as to use some of your budget on styling/hiring/signage, do it, and don’t hesitate to book Penny as she is worth EVERY penny!’

So excited to announce I’ll be doing my first ever Christmas workshop 🤩✍🏻🌿- Offering you the chance to dabble at modern lettering and festive line drawing and take home your own piece of artwork to show off in your home ✨

Using bright colour palettes isn’t always easy, but I just loved this modern mix and outcome and the acrylic signage with painted backs helped bring it all together.

Been so excited for this weddings edits 👏🏻👏🏻
Becca and George’s contemporary ceremony set up at this summer was such a special stand out one for me this season.
I was just so excited by them and their flexibility and free reign on all the lovely little details.
First time writing vows too 😭😭

Tonight my heart aches 💔
I wasn’t going to post here about loosing my gorgeous friend but this page is about celebrating love and hers was so special 🖤
This is your reminder to reach out to old friends and make a date to meet, don’t take a day for granted, pick up the phone, tell them what they mean, treasure them and make the time in what seems like such a busy life.
…And take the photos, become that annoying person that asks everyone for a photo, that will now be me. Be in the photos, you look perfect just as you are.

Featured today on with Poppy and Jacks assisted set up at in the Spring.

‘I decided we could plan the whole things in six months! We hired an on the day stylist nearer to the time – Penny from .I also hired some props from penny and fabric for draping / dressing the great hall and some signage, Penny listened to every detail of my wishes for set up in our planning meeting and came through on the day – no detail was missed. It was one of our best decisions to hire a stylist for the day, she made sure our day looked even more magical that we’d hoped.’

Summer ‘23 will go down as one of the most mixed weather ones I can remember. Back up decor plans are a must for your days, and making sure plan B transfers everything over easily with the decor you have ✔️

This cake by the bride was such a moment at their day at the start of the month.
With a trio of plinths, flowers, candles, modern cake menu board and the all important gold knife 👌🏻

Only a handful of my brides through the years have braved doing their own and Bel made it look easy ✨✨

I’m gutted she’s not local to recommend but might be a bit of a journey from Oz 😝
