Our passion is to restore and manage historic wedding venues in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas as well as offer wedding services from event decor to coordination. Starting out with one small venue and a family with a shared passion for helping others, The Lodge has quickly grown into a successful business, owning and operating two venues around the Charlotte area! Located on the last operatin
g farm in Charlotte and surrounded by rolling pastures, this venue is definitely a diamond in the rough. This historic red barn features an indoor and outdoor ceremony site, soaring ceilings and gorgeous crystal chandeliers, and even a get-ready space for the bride and groom. Located in historic downtown Salisbury is The Abbey, a gorgeous and unique renovated 1940's church. Made out of pink granite - a common feature throughout Salisbury - this property definitely stands out. This venue still showcases many original features, such as the original church pews and windows, but has been fully renovated. Wrought iron features and dark-stained wood can be seen throughout the property, and the property even features a modern and chic get-ready space for the bride as well as the groom. All of our packages include full decor - for your ceremony, cocktail hour, food service, and reception - as well as a day-of coordinator, staff, and much more. Focusing on weddings, these spaces are also wonderful for smaller events, photography shoots, corporate events, and much more! Please get in touch and let's start planning your perfect event.
