Receving email today from Pracownia Kreativa Scenografia made me realise that we never shared pictures of this impressive event construction that they built for us last year during a conference at The Westin in Warsaw. They worked al night till early morning to make it look perfect! And the final effect was very impressive, would you agree?

If I had to summarise last 4 months in 4 words I would say: hectic, full on, exciting and fulfilling. Planning several events at the same time requires extreme focus, determination and flexibility. But when all this hard work results in success then the feeling of achievement and satisfaction in unbeatable. It is time to come back to Facebook to share some photo-stories with you :) We are starting with a veterinarian conference in Wroclaw organised for International Veterinarian Acupuncture Society.

Wedding in a winter wonderland

Wedding in a winter wonderland. Does it sounds like a fantasy or a realistic target?

It turned out to be both for Krysia and Roberto who decided to get married in the Polish mountains in the middle of winter.

Kocierz Hotel & SPA was chosen as the perfect venue to host their celebration- a remotely located hotel and skiing resort, providing very comfortable accommodation, great cuisine and beautiful natural surroundings. But most of all, offering a charming highlanders inn- a venue bag-full of local features, with a beautiful fireplace as a center piece.

Krysia and Roberto hired Beyond Poland Events to take care of their wedding day coordination. Being a very efficient and focused couple they had a clear vision of their wedding and put a lot of work and effort to achieve that. They had us working very hard but we loved every moment of it.

The result was this beautiful, fairy-tail like wedding, with a dreamy snowy background and every little detail taken care of.

We can not believe it has taken us so long to show you this event, but we are finally doing it :). It was a huge privilege ( we did have a member of Polish government on the attendees list) and a challenge (and we had just over 1 month to run the preparations) to organise Polish Korean Nuclear Forum in September last year. The venue couldn't be any more fitting- Sklodowska Hall in Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw. Catering by supreme Kregliccy Catering and pictures by first class Bind up photo. Thank you!

We are extremely proud to present pictures from our event in the National Museum in Wroclaw. The reception drinks for an American online library service provider took place at the end of August and we can finally present to you some images. The space was transformed by our lights experts from NH Project, catering provided by unbeatable Kregliccy, and wonderful entertainment by Music Lab. And of course our team in action :)

Katie and Matthew are a great example of how to plan your destination wedding right. They have contacted us almost 2 years ahead of the planned celebration to consult on the legal requirements of getting married in Poland. Even though it was very early in the planning process we were able to work together to produce a timeline including all the important steps in organising a ceremony from the legal and/or church perspective. A lot of couples, swept away by reception related matters, forget about this very important aspect.
The best advice we can give you is to follow Katie and Matthew steps and hire a professional! Don't just take our words for it- here is their testimonial. Thank you!

Marquee Wedding in Hotel SPA Wieniawa

In late September we had the pleasure of working with Hotel SPA Wieniawa in Rekowo Gorne near Gdynia. Our vision for this lovely venue was captured but the management in the video promoting the marquee weddings. Huge thank you to the Hotel for allowing us to share it with the world. Thank you Dionne from Fine Line Events, for taking us yesterday to look for some floral inspiration at Sloane Square in London, where shop windows have been dressed up for the 'Chelsea in Bloom' competition, running alongside the iconic Chelsea Flower Show. This years theme: The Rio Carnival! Will Sarah Chapman win again...see for yourself and decide :)

Another successful event behind us. This time we had the pleasure of organising a Vistula River cruise followed by dinner with entertainment in beautiful Krakow. The weather was just perfect for our German guests to admire the beauty of The Wawel Castle from the Nimfa boat, the food at Aquarius Restaurant was top quality and entertainment provided by CSW Trio was very jazzy :)! Here are a few pictures from this successful evening.

Last month we had the pleasure of organising a day event for EDPR Polska (part of EDP Renevables: leading renavables energy company) in Warsaw. There was a conference session in the morning, exciting team building experience with F1 Karting in the afternoon and at night, dinner and drinks at the Panorama Bar. The following morning, aching bodies (caused by cart racing of course) was the best proof of what great fun the participants had :)
