Am A***h!! 😂😎

It seems to be the week of decisions in the BBQ travelling freak show....

As many of you know, we are running a travel business which was obviously hit hard the past 2 years. We were forced to face some challenges the past months, but we managed to survive somehow so far. However it also became clear that our competing days as BBQ came to an end - or as a good friend said „we had probably grown up“. 2022 will still be a year of business recovery for us and we will still need our entire energy to keep our hard earned age care.

So, this is the end of Dragon BBQ. It was (mostly) a great time and we will meet each other again somewhere - surely not as a judge, but very sure for an Aperol Sprizz or Gin Tonic.

‼️But, we also have some good news‼️

This won’t be the end of Black Forest Smoke & Wine Festival. We always had the intention to do at least the 5th Edition of BFSW and we still stick to that plan for 2022 so far. For more information, please follow us at Black Forest Smoke & Wine Festival as this site will be closed the next days.

Getting ready for our cooking class on Saturday. Butts & Ribs from the Black Forest Prime Pork are awesome.

Nächste Cooking Class steht am Wochende ins Haus. Heute haben wir die Ribs und Butts vom abgeholt. Das Schwarzwälder Kräuterschwein von Metzgerei Reichenbach - Glottertal ist der Hammer.
