Both the ribs and chicken were flavored wonderfully and were mouth wateringly juicy. The banana cornbread was to die for. The entire plate was incredibly enjoyable. We will be frequenting this place often. I HIGHLY recommend!

Authentic Trinidad Curry Chicken. A dish you cannot make with a recipe.. You must know the flavor infusion techniques used by East Indians and brought to the islands by the same. I do and I prepare this dish on a bed of steamed rice with sauteed veggies and fried caramelized plantains and Banana Corn Bread. Flavor and sizable portions will leave any full and satisfied.. MMMMMMM....

This sweet and spicy stewed Chicken is a traditional favorite of Trinidad and Tobago and duplicated in different forms on the different islands of the Caribbean.. Served with brown rice and the signature apple smoked potato salad.. You just can't go wrong.
