Urv Mistry is a versatile, multi-faceted DJ who can cater to the needs of any crowd. He cultivated his musical talent in West Yorkshire, starting from the early age of 7. He started out as a self-taught Dhol player with an incredible sense of rhythm and beat. From this, he progressed to playing the guitar and then the drum kit before moving onto other types of percussion. Currently, he regularly d

isplays his skills for clubs and social venues in the York-Leeds area. He features at private & corporate events as well as weddings across the nation, playing the role of both DJ and Head Lighting Designer for a high-end entertainment company known as Evallance. When he’s not behind the decks, he can be found at the University of York studying Electronic Engineering, a work-intensive course that has not stopped him from pursuing his DJ career that he continues to work relentlessly on.
