I need help… so Etsy decided to start holding 30% of my sales and CANT tell me why (I’m livid, I have had no infractions or late payments!) 🤬 All they can do is recommend I become a star seller again. I went camping for 2 days with no phone service so I didn’t respond to TWO messages within 24 hours and it ruined my rate, I really want to get the response rate up before the end of the year so I have access to my money in January!!
