Jessica and Travis brought the pups to their engagement session and they couldn't have been more well behaved!

They are MORE THAN READY to be the ring bearer and flower girl for mom and dad come March!

Having this sweet lady and her family sit on my farmhouse porch for photos meant the world.

I remember touring this farmhouse with her in 2018 when it was a disgusting, dirty foreclosure.

She and I carefully stepped over unknown stains and debris...breathed through our shirts because the air was thick with smoke damage and stench.

Somehow Andrew knew it was the house for us but I was so worried it was a mistake.

She never called us crazy when we bought it.

She supported us when we thought about giving up on the place and selling it.

She supported us again when we changed our minds and stayed.

And now we are all back here again...under much happier circumstances! haha

Kim & Chris lit up my camera with their heartfelt looks, tears of joy, and exuberant laughs!

These two are so perfectly matched in every way and we were all lucky to witness their union!

My favorite highlights:

- The giddy squeals during the Bride and Groom's first look.

- The way Kim's entourage fussed over her during the getting ready portion. She is so clearly loved!

-Chris' dad (the best man) giving his hilarious toast "I'm an old timer see; I thought online dating was only where you purchased certain services...I dunno." When I tell you the room roared with laughter...

-The stunning ceremony with the backdrop of Lake St. Louis reflecting the colorful sunset!

-And did I mention the St. Louis staple...GOOEY BUTTER CAKE?

This entire wedding was so beautifully paced so that Chris and Kim could really soak up each and every sweet moment!

"Late Night Sneak Peek"

Because who wants to wait a whole other day to see some memories from their wedding?!

Can't say enough good things about this sweet couple and their families! This entire day was a joy from start to finish!

Everyone should have as much fun on their wedding day as Brittney and Dustin did! Let me tell you, that dance floor was LIT!

Special shout out to one of my favorite wedding venues; they go above and beyond for their clientele and vendors. You can't go wrong with the class act that is Herman Hill Weddings.

I say it all the time; make your wedding uniquely you and it will turn out to be the most beautiful day!

I love the playful details in the reception decor for this wedding (Disney lovers, be sure to check it out)!

On a more serious note, Melanie's grandfather sadly passed away two weeks prior to the ceremony; so there are lots of beautiful little details that pay respect to his memory. He may not have been able to walk her down the aisle, but through the love of family and dear friends he was definitely with us all on this special day!

You would never know that is was positively BOILING outside.

The sweet owner of this beautiful zinnia field brought us out ice waters and offered her home for a place to cool down. (Thanks Bonnie!)

Cassie had a very specific feel she wanted for her photos and we were on a mission to capture these flowers before the heat took them! Then we headed off to the studio to emphasize her love for dance!

Guys, I don't know about you...but I think we NAILED it.
