Allow me to introduce myself - My name is Garrett…Owner, Creator, Operator and Head Baker of However running the cookie business solo is not my only job. I'm an Artist and a Sculptor for Union 755 Hollywood. GimmeSmoreCookies started back in 2015 as a hobby baking for friends which grew into catering. In 2016 GimmeSmoreCookies won the Score Small Business Championship for the state of California. In the year 2017 closed shop due to me personally making life changes by moving to Phoenix Arizona where I focused on my career. In my heart I always wanted to open up a bakery shop and provide top quality Gourmet Cookies. During my time in Phoenix I grew a lot spiritually and began to learn more of what my purpose was in life. In the year 2022 I decided to step out of the boat and joined Union 755. Moving back propelled me forward to wanting to open the Cookie Business back up. I officially opened up GimmeSmoreCookies online store in March 2023. I wanted to share my love for Baking and wanted everyone to experience the 1948 Holmes S’more Cookie that started it all. It’s truly an artistic explosion of sweet and crunchy graham crackers, rich chocolate, and gooey marshmallows. This cookie just gets better and better with each bite and keeps you only wanting more once it is complete. Our slogan stands true each and every day. “ S’more than just a cookie “I would like to say I Am so truly blessed by all those who have supported me over this time.

Summer has officially arrived !
We have created one of our favorite flavors. “The Banana Cream” Our dough is made with White Chocolate Chunks - Nilla Wafer Bits - Freeze Dried Banana Powder. Dough is rolled in a Nilla Wafer dusting & Baked to perfection. Crispy outside edges and soft gooey middle. We top our Cookies with White Chocolate Drizzle - Nilla Wafer Dusting - Nilla Wafer & a Banana Chip ! This Cookie will be available July 8th at Selzter Festival
