Hello lovely ladies!!

This just seemed like the easiest way to start planning for the quarter auction without having a massive text or email chain going at every moment.

Addie and I are currently working with BARC to get a date that we can use the activities room in November to host.

Sara has agreed to contact local businesses asking for gift cards. I'm contacting all of the big places today asking for tickets/gift cards ( national aquarium, zoos, science center, play places, etc...). If anyone has contacts anywhere and wants to reach out just comment or post so we don't all reach out to the same people. I'd love it if we could get a good variety of donations. We can put together baskets and such to auction off or use certain things for door prizes.

There will be a slight initial cost but we have never really done a huge fundraising event before and this could be a great way to bring in big donations.

Thank you all for everything you do for the BACC. I'm very excited for this event!!
