It's January! Which, in my world, means it's consultation season! I have notes from 4 consultations that I'm working on quotes for, then we have 2 more consults scheduled for next week.

We've had 13 weddings at Redwood Deck this season! All gorgeous and all unique.
If you're planning on getting married at Redwood Deck, or any other Portland Parks and Rec locations, in 2025 - January 6th is your day to sign up! We'll be at the Portland Parks and Rec offices next Monday morning to chat with couples. Check out their website for all the details.

Sara and Ruth's wedding was absolutely stunning! They did such an amazing job of capturing their personalities in the decor and the styling. Check out how the ceremony decor was repurposed for the sweetheart table set up. Reusing decor is not only a great way to save some money, but also keeps the vibe cohesive.

What does that mean? It means that we'll not only deliver your rentals, but we'll also set them up for you, according to how you've envisioned it. Going into the holidays, a lot of people might be entertaining. Before I started in events, I could never remember which side the forks went on and where to place the knife and spoon. I learned a special trick to remember that I'm going to share with you.
FORK has 4 letters. So does LEFT. So, forks go to the left of the plates. KNIFE and SPOON both have 5 letters, just like RIGHT. So they're going to be placed on the right hand side - with the knife facing in, all ready to cut your food.
