Our passion for event planning and coordinating was birthed out of experience managing publicity for multiple clients across different industries, while also planning and coordinating special events to support these clients and their projects. To this end we launched Events by Mayven to cater specifically to event planning, and coordinating needs. 📸: Use them for your Save the Date announcement. Whether it’s digital or printed it makes for an exciting mail for your guests

📸: Have them on your wedding website. Guests will love to look through them as they browse the site.

📸: Wedding Signage - Welcome sign, seating chart, table numbers, cocktail napkins, wedding program etc. Feel free to customize elements of the day using your photos

Song selections for your wedding day can be a challenge. Sooo many great songs, how could you possibly make a choice?!

💛 Pick a song you both like. You want it to have an effect on both of you the moment it plays on wedding day.
💛 Don’t feel restricted to picking a current or trending song. Music is timeless…so you can select a throwback song from few years ago or as back as you’d like.
💛 Listen to the lyrics and not just the beat. They matter, and you want to make sure the story is being told in the song aligns with your intentions and feelings.

When you think 'Brooklyn Vibes' you think of unique, cool, non-traditional and that's exactly what Lily & Andy wanted to celebrate their love story. The couple initially planned on having an small limited invite wedding ceremony in a local Brooklyn park in their neighborhood, and then having a more open-invite celebratory reception afterwards. However, after much thought, they opted to keep it simple, by heading to the Brooklyn courthouse for their nuptials with just immediate family, and a handful of their closest friends....
