Online Event Duties
Assist the team with calendars, scheduling, CRM, and project management tasks
Attend online events and interact with clients
Post-event auditing and other necessary tasks
Other Administrative Duties
Assist events manager and team where needed
Assist with internal employee events as needed
Assist with company picnic planning
Assist with company holiday party planning
Live Event Duties
Please note that these duties may not occur until live events return, which is to be determined. We are focused on online events only at this time.
Travel to different offices in one day to attend meetings, pick up event supplies, or for any other reason needed for an event
Research hotels and venues for events
Book venues when needed
Research travel for in-house staff
Be able to set up, rearrange and tear down event space (moving tables and chairs, etc)
Work on the fly at events to make sure speakers have what they need (flyers, electronics, etc) and everything is working correctly
Check-in and welcome event attendees as they arrive at an event, be a point of contact for any questions that arise
Maintain beverage and snack center areas during the event
Support event speakers as needed (may include ordering lunch/running errands)
The first one to arrive, the last one to leave during events
Maintain event center supply/catering list and coordinate orders
Create/update event campaigns within Salesforce CRM
Maintain event center cleanliness during the event
Unpack/pack event materials
