Move attendees from passive spectators to engaged participants. Here is an example and 3 essential elements of experiential events:

1️⃣ Storytelling: "Through the Lens" gala attendees walked through spandex arches symbolizing a camera lens into a black and white, greyscale/silver room.

2️⃣ Interactive: Arriving at the tables, guests found Instax-Mini cameras and were encouraged to take pictures with other guests at the tables.

3️⃣ Personalization: Each guest added the instant pictures to photo stems arranged throughout the tables' centerpieces — building a personalized centerpiece of table attendees.
