Originally from Rome, Asylum starts travelling across the world from a young age, developing a deep passion for the various musical genres that he encounters. He starts playing the piano the age of ten, later switching to more electronic sounds in the early nineties, following the path the first releases of The Prodigy, Future Sound of London and The Chemical Brothers were tracing. In the early 20

00s, he becomes close to the Djing, developing sounds, in a first experimental phase, that result strictly connected to electronic pop, from which his musical journey is inspired. His DJ sets are energetic, creative and engaging; his amazing capability of blending rhythmic and melodies together characterizes his sound, allowing him to perform in clubs and at prominent musical festivals. His sound has a warm tone, the rarefied atmosphere he creates and the captivating groove perfectly match his artistic conjunction of form and substance. At the present time, his sets and releases are a harmonious mixture of house and tech-house, with some deep vibrations: a so called “super house” sound that has become his signature genre, built upon his fondness and dedication, his soul.
