Hello their peeps.. as many of you know we came out of ”retirement” for a few weddings this year.. however Sharida decided to go with a good bottle of wine and a Hallmark movie… for her next fun and giving back adventure..

If you know one thing about her she believes in supporting small businesses, finding a fun, unique gift and helping others with their small business by promoting them.

With that being said she jumped in both feet and hasn’t looked back..

A vintage farm house rented. Filled with local crafters, local confections, homemade salsa, artisan designer wearables, boutique clothing, tumblers, pillows, ornaments, a little bit of everything.. she’s been giving them a place to showcase and sell their products..

Plus.. hosting fun events such as Holiday Balls and Mixology class on November 30, 2022 and VIP Santa experience on December 2,2022. Both proceeds to local charities or causes.

So check out the Holiday Hustle Emporium at 475 Addison Lane in Troy, Mo..

It’s definitely time to share what’s been in the works.. Since our last wedding of 2022 was Oct. 21, 2022. As you all have supported our journey through special events coordinating, weddings, birthdays, etc..,

Sooooo.. here goes next crazy idea I decided to rent a farm house for November and December to help bring back the spirit of Holiday Season..

After much praying , planning, brain storming, input from amazing crafters, talented creators of beautiful gifts, sampling of bakers, and lots of Hallmark movie watching..Troy, Mo needs some holiday cheer.

I wanted to give some Holiday Shopping experiences, plus holiday craft classes, sip and shopping, plus there will be a special Santa experience coming too.

Bonus Tricia Moore has agreed to host her Christmas mini photo sessions there too.. so please support her as well. Wait until you see the set-up.

Plus if anyone knows me well I have several Give-Back to those organizations or a cause I am passionate about.

November and December switching it up a bit so need a bit of help from you all..

Will be having a Holiday Pop-Up Emporium at an adorable farm house located in Troy, Mo to help local crafters, artisans, bakers, specialty wearable vendor and local salsa, jams and much more.

Will have Santa photo dates as well. Stay tune and follow me here and on my personal page for the Holiday fun. Plus it’s a great way to get a unique gift and support our locals peeps!

Have booth space available and available outdoor holiday decor space for rent for month of November and December. If you know anyone interested please have them reach out to me by email [email protected] or private Facebook message on my personal page.

Booth space is reasonable and affordable.

Best thing will have evening hours and of course get to see me and some smiling faces.

A tad update so..how’s the 2022 year going of not do weddings and events.. uh 🙄 well 🙄 it’s definitely in full swing..

Again, thank you for the couples and milestone birthday events we have done. Blessed as always to have great past client now friends referrals so we must be doing something right or at least helping them enjoy their special event.

This weekend whew it was definitely busy and hustling but got it accomplished and everything was completed.

Wedding cake Delivery Friday for a sweet celebration of Mr. and Mrs. Furtam. So honored to do this cake. I have known Bride’s momma Toni since high school. And the stunning Bride since a young age to watch her grow up become a nurse and now a Mrs. Her destination wedding elopement to Maine breathtaking.

Friday evening switched gears in middle of baking to a 9-1-1 from a bride to make her vision come to life. Transformed a local Mexican restaurant Ruiz Castillo in Wright City, Mo to an beautiful soft reception location for Mr. and Mrs. Maltabano.

Got home finished their cake and cupcakes. Church decor and miscellaneous tasks I took off her plate so she can enjoy her evening and get a good night rest for wedding.

Saturday - wedding 💒 mode in overdrive. Delivered church decor to adorable church in Wright City, Mo so quaint nestled in a grove of trees. Sunshining and beautiful family for Mr. and Mrs. Maldonado.

Then got cake and it up added finishing touches at restaurant. All turned out great.

A bit of downtime hanging with my Sweet fiesty Granny wine and dinner..

Then off to take down a wedding in Old Monroe for a long time family friend so that they again didn’t need to work about it and could enjoy their children’s wedding reception. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Diederich.
** side note I definitely feel the 1:30 am end time today..

Special shout out to my help this weekend Theresa Gray, she jumped in both feet and kept up with my craziness.

Will be rounding out the close of wedding season October 21, 2022 at Renaissance Wine Garden can’t wait to see Amber and James tie the knot..

Came out of “retirement” for a special request from a client we did her wedding in 2018.

High school sweethearts, started their next chapter in their love for each other this Saturday, July 16, 2022 by reciting the I do’s before family and friends.

I worked with Lisa Murawski mother of the bride, through emails, texts and meetings while bride was studying for college finals and the groom is currently serving in the Navy stationed in Virginia. She was the go between so we could execute on the vision the bride wanted. I got to visit with Bride a couple of times to finish final details before she headed to Virginia to get things in order for her move. The week before met with bride and groom to check the boxes, discuss timelines, and the little details. Everything went perfect and we started on time.. timelines are sooo important..

The family and friends enjoyed the reception, dinner and dancing celebrating the newlyweds.

From a wedding coordinator/planner, you prepare yourself for anything that could potentially happen or maybe that one detail you know might need an extra touch.. Had one with the floral I did for her.. so my gut feeling was I needed to start over on 6 bouquets after had them “done”. Well it was the right choice even though pretty much pulled an all nighter. In the end it is why I do everything I can to make weddings or any event exactly what they envision. Bride was so happy I changed out the question flower and said loved them all. Whew!
So never doubt yourself if in the business, cause 9 times out of 10 your going to make it perfect with a slight change.

Today couldn’t have been more perfect for a wedding. Sunshine, cool breezes and love of two high school sweethearts. Each little detail from their favorite candies for the candy bar, to the personal written vows made their wedding beautiful as they shared their love for each other in front of family and friends.

It’s that time to say again a huge
THANK YOU to our clients we have had over the past 10 years.

We have been truly blessed to have made lifelong friends and been a part of some of their beautiful moments.
From weddings, birthdays, and welcoming babies..each event left a beautiful memory for our team.

As I drove away last night from one of the last weddings.. I gave myself time to flash through my mind all the beauty and love each event had planned and played out in them. From Dads walking their daughters down the aisle, to that first couple dance as Mr and Mrs. To the giggles of little dancing the night away..
To all the milestone birthdays we had a small hand in and the baby welcome wagon parties loved being a part of them all.

We are going on hiatus and we might do a few next year who knows..

But for now enjoy your families. Go make some amazing memories and like us go travel about and take in some of God’s beautiful landscapes..
