Started to learn DJing from a young tender age of sixteen, off the back of learning woodwind instruments, COZE dived into the Electronic Dance Music scene. Firstly tackling large house parties in the local area of the Riverland, he learnt the tactics of entertaining and the skill to DJ.
Catching the eye of a local promotor, COZE scored himself a residency at the well renowned Riverland all ages show called “Devine”. He continued to grow and improve with the community that “Devine” was and still is, he achieved a residency at the newly opened Nightclub in the Riverland at the time, being back in early 2012 was “Rivaz Nightclub”.
DJing between Rivaz and the nightclub which was once called “The Vines” (now closed), COZE gained the chances to DJ with some fantastic acts. Whilst at “The Vines” COZE supported the HQ resident “George Ashby in a one-off show.
Moving with Rivaz, COZE was able to be a part of running/promoting/Supporting DJ for Shows Including Potbellez, Havana Brown, Stafford Brothers, Timmy Trumpet, Carbon Copy, J-trick, Seek n Destroy, Krunk, Leah Mencel, Fresh till death, Mobin Master, Dirt Cheap and many other acts.
Again catching the eye of the Mildura scene COZE gained a supporting act role of DJs Bombs Away for a one-off show. This led to a spot at the Ultra glow show in Mildura with Slice n Dice as the main acts. This further led to supporting acts in Mildura at “The Setts” such as Mashd N Kutcher for a one-off show.
After honing his skills in the entertainment industry of the nightlife around his region, COZE took on a local radio station show with DJ Sarez where the pair would showcase the latest Commercial Club Music getting around whilst having as much banter in a show that you could fit.
As the festive seasons started, COZE became a part of the promotion and ticket sales crew for Future Music of 2014 and Stereosonic of 2015 and recently the first ever of Electric Valley held in Mildura showcasing in late 2016.
Being lucky enough COZE has also had a taste of the Adelaide nightlife, where COZE had made a couple of guest appearances on Fresh FM 92.7 for a guest mix. Further being able to grace the dancefloor of Ramsgate Hotel on its “Thank F%#K its Friday” show for a couple of guest mixes. Recently being also successful again, COZE has had the pleasure of DJing at one of Adelaide’s Premier nightclubs “ELECTRIC CIRCUS” as a part of the new show that started recently “SORRY MUM”. Again pushing forward, caught the eyes of the promoters at Dog and Duck, becoming a resident in late 2016, supporting acts from all around the country and world! This would include, Stafford Brothers, Timmy Trumpet, Mashd n Kutcher, Oliver Heldens, Bonka, Riot ten, Habstrakt, Bombs Away, Some Blonde DJ, Chunky Dip, Teddy Cream, Tigerlily and many more. Pushing hard to make a sound in the scene, COZE developed a show with DJ Sarez at Dog and Duck called (Riverland Invasion), bringing the best and famous of Riverland Djs with local crowds to the venues that hosted the show (Dog and Duck & Black Bull on Hindley). Riverland invasion is now nine shows successful with capacity numbers attending each time.
On the back of 2017, COZE had the chance to perform at Oktoberfest Adelaide & Schoolies Festival Victor Harbour, tackling the crazy worlds of festivals.
COZE played at Hidden Valley Festival in Whyalla in early April 2018, where it turned into a string of shows for the Diversity Entertainment empire.
come 2019, COZE has pushed on to build the riverland invasion shows, hosting shows at The Black Bull on Hindley. Lucky enough to play Lucky Thursdays @ HQ & the open set for the Will Sparks night @ HQ.
Pushing the limits where he can, COZE is always striving to hit new goals in the industry, whether be copious amounts of hours in the Studio learning how to produce, figuring out how to compose music or finding the best music money can buy to DJ to the crowds of Australia!
