We supplied all the tables, set them up along with the chairs. Dressed them and supplied lollies and tissues. We also provided drinks and kids club activities, icecream and catering for the kids!

Hi Stallholders,

Due to the weather the City Of Karratha has closed the oval for bump in today (Thursday 1/8/24) Please do not attend the oval to bump in as you will be turned around.

Please ensure all remaining vendors bump in tomorrow, Friday 2nd August between 7am and 4pm!

The sand will not be here all week - it’s is only a bandaid 🩹 until show day to protect the turf!

Please stick to your allocated check in days as emailed to you. Due to the weather heavy vehicle movements are damaging the Showgrounds and we want to minimise these issues as more rain is expected overnight and tomorrow.

🎡🎢🎠 Day 2 of FeNaClNG 2024! 🎡🎢🎠

Yesterday was a quiet day hence no post! However we had Barrett Exhibitions bump in who began the Rio Tinto and Education Marquee’s. We also made up over 200 gift bags to give to our wonderful stallholders!

Today Barrett’s began the Yara Marquee for the Arty Brellas and they will finish this tomorrow with the Woodside marquee going up as well. We then saw the Carnival operators rock into town and mark out their setup so they can bump in first thing tomorrow!

The City recognises the positive impact mobile traders have on our economy and actively supports the diversity they bring to our community.

We want to create a trading environment that complements fixed premises-based trading and is sensitive to the needs of all businesses and their customers and workers.

The City manages mobile trading through our Stallholder and Street Traders Policy.

The policy is to ensure the safe operation of traders, customers and bystanders while also ensuring trading is done in a way that sustains and grows local business to benefit the community.

Our Stallholder and Street Traders Policy is due for review, and we are seeking feedback from operators of both fixed and mobile vendors and the local community to ensure the policy is fair to all.
