I don’t normally post stuff like this, but soooo many ppl wanted this recipe, so here it is.

More importantly, while making it I discovered that you can air fry bread and it’s now changed my life forever 🙌🏼

📝Recipe:
1 package Sunset melody tomatoes / cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 English Cucumber, halved and chopped
Can of Chickpeas, drained & rinsed
Handful of fresh basil 🌿 roughly chopped
1/4 cup manzanilla olives 🫒, roughly chopped
1/2 of a French baguette
3 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

👩🏽‍🍳Directions:
Toss tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, chickpeas & basil into a bowl

Slice baguette in half, crush garlic cloves and place on top of baguette. Stick baguette with garlic cloves into an air fryer and air fry on 375 for about 5-7 mins (time will vary depending on your air fryer). Keep a close eye on the bread, you don’t want it too crispy or it’ll be hard to cut.

Once your baguette is lightly toasted, remove from air fryer and cut into cubes. Don’t forget about the garlic too which will be super fragrant and toasty. Add it to bowl with other ingredients.

Toss everything with olive oil and fresh cracked pepper. Drizzle with balsamic & enjoy 😋
