So, I made a mistake with this senior's photo session.

When you book with me, I google the sunset time on the date we have decided on and then I minus an hour (this is the golden hour when lighting is best).

When Isaiah's mom booked with me, I was multi tasking and didn't minus the hour. I told her 4:30, which seemed reasonable at the time so it didn't raise any red flags.

Then the time change messed me up and an earlier sunset wasn't on my radar.

As I was waiting for Isaiah and his mom last night at the arboretum, I noticed that the sun was almost set and I started wondering, what the heck is going on??

I pulled out my phone, did a quick google search on when sunset was happening... 4:48pm. CRAP!!!

I could have made it work but the photos would be grainy. I can't deliver less than ideal photos. So, we did what we could with the little light we had and we are going to do it again next weekend... at 3:30!

Isaiah will get extra photos as my apology and him and his mom get to hang out with me again! :)

Last night I did senior photos for Ke'ala (class of 2026, MPHS) but I still remember when he was in elementary school!
