This Buth (rice) packet is wrapped in a banana leaf and will have Aromatic rice, Spicy chicken(Cashew, sweet potatoes for Vegan option ),Aubergine with dates, Spicy potatoes, Lentil curry, Veg cutlet and half boiled egg(extra Cutlet for Vegan option). The banana leaf adds flavour and fragrance to this already delicious combination of curries.
Price £9 each for Parcel.
You can add a pot of Tempered tasty Coconut Sambol for extra £1!
PICK UP time will be on Friday from Narberth between 12.30-2.30pm or 5.30 - 6.30pm. PM me by or before Thursday to reserve a parcel and get more details on collection. I am very happy to share that the Sri Lankan evening at the Coppet Week Saundersfoot Sailing Regatta on Wednesday was a great success. Truly an honour to serve Sri Lankan delights at such a special occasion.
A heartfelt thank you to all the Team at the sailing club. A very very special thank you to my friend Sandra for helping me. Always grateful to my hubs and boys for their constant support. I will be posting my regular menu/s soon! xx

Preparation well underway for the Pop up evening later today at Fin's By the Sea - Tenby (Tenby Sailing Club). Thank you for all who has booked to join us later.
Below are few delights on the menu this evening...Aromatic Yellow rice, Aubergine chutney with dates, and butternut squash , sweet potatoes and peas cooked in a creamy mustard and coconut sauce. All smells divine!

ONLY FEW MORE SPACES LEFT! This Friday 10th March I will be serving the very popular street food, 'Paradise in a parcel' with an optional NEW addition that proved to be a favourite the last time I did it!!
This Buth (rice) packet is wrapped in a banana leaf and inside will be Aromatic rice, Spicy chicken(Cashew, sweet potatoes for Vegan option ),Aubergine with dates, Spicy potatoes, Lentil curry, Veg cutlet and half boiled egg(extra Cutlet for Vegan option). The banana leaf adds flavour and fragrance to this already delicious combination of curries.
Price £9 each for Parcel.
NEW option you can add a pot of Tempered Tasty Coconut Sambol for extra £1!
PICK UP time will be on Friday from Narberth between 12.30-2.30pm or 5.30 - 6.30pm. PM me by or before Thursday to reserve a parcel and get more details on collection. They are very easy to reheat in the oven or microwave. All parcels will be made fresh, to order and best eaten by Saturday lunch time, the latest.
