Outfit on fleek and negotiations been negotiated. :) It was an exciting trip to Darmstadt stuffed with a lot of discussions about cyber security and commercial laws. Thanks and for the invitation lately - it was exciting to demonstrate and discuss the use of AI in music production at the Future Boutique. Hello 2025 and a happy new year to all of you! ✌️✨
For me, this year started with firm steps and my first trip to Essen was all about HR: professional development, mental health and effective leadership. I could work on a presentation about the benefits and ROI of supervision for employees and employers. Furthermore we started to dive deeper into the (corporation/) company‘s vision of the upcoming year(s) related to changing political environments that directly affect businesses in fields of government services and transformative processes of the organizations. Let’s see where we’re going from here. What I can say for sure is that this year will provide me with a lot of (business) trips and I am looking forward to connect with my colleagues from all over the world. Take care! 💫😎

Logbook: This week was kind of next level madness. :D
Like working a lot over-time but still feeling pumped, energetic and kinda balanced right now. 🧘💪🙏
The past 7 days got me into a fresh and spicy mix full of communication, debating, analyzing, accessing my gut feelings, processing, studying laws, strategic thinking, decision making, planning, organizing and as well as traveling alone from one side of Germany to the other (- which was the part that scared me the most tbh 😅) AND I loved it!
Still there is a lot of traveling incoming this month and I am really looking forward to be able to work on equal labour rights and fair working conditions for my colleagues in Leipzig who voted for me as a works council. I never learned that much in such a short time and I never was challenged that much as well, but it‘s fun. 🤓 (Even if the emotional coping part of this is quite exhausting. 😅🥵)
So I want to let you know that I am thankful for everyone this week who reached out and was available to talk about things on a common ground. Who supported with open ears and empathy. I appreciate it so much to have you sweet people around me! It is so giving to get in touch and share our same same but differente stories, change perspectives and add a proper amount of realness to the table. Thank you for being there! We are getting stronger together. Sending much love to y’all! Looking forward to see you, - irgendwo, irgendwann. 😌🧡

082024 - one of the most intense and challenging months I went through this year (so far). One month that made me grow through facing those flaws that occur under pressure. I am thankful for the opportunity to develop an other, more expansive view of my work and relationships. I feel closer to myself than ever even if it’s still a process to go through all those thoughts, feelings and trauma. Since there is a sense of summer‘s end I can say that this summer was so special for me and I am unbelievable thankful for those sweet souls that took time to connect and those old and new companions riding those crazy worlds waves together. I appreciate everyone of you! Whatever will happen after todays elections at the place I am coming from and the place I spend my daily life and business - I am ready and stand in solidarity with all of you who stand with me as well! Better together. No one should be left alone and everyone who asks for help should receive it. Even if resources are limited: we’re still humans and impact each other. Let’s try to improve communication and build trust instead of stone-walling and (self-)sabotage. It’s needed. More than ever. Love you all. 😌

Recap: Still about to process the past couple of weeks. From moving to Leipzig, to working in Bayreuth for the family business, releasing a new track, touch down in Thuringia, back to Leipzig and Halle to my main focus on counseling and humanitarian aid. Getting in contact with an huge amount of people in a very short time. Many impressions, even more emotions. A lot of talks and meetings. A lot of learning, connecting, breathing. It feels like weeks without sleep but filled with big excitement. I love to be able to do what I am doing but I am also very happy to chill right now for another week and meet all my friends and loved ones and over all… taking time and space for myself. 🧖🏽‍♀️💅🏾🥰 🦦 🧘🏽‍♀️🏊🏼‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🎧🌴 I hope y‘all having a good time! Maybe I can share some great news soon. Things are cooking right now. Wheee! Stay tuned. 😎
