While going through storms it’s so easy to forget all the prayers that HAVE been answered, in the midst of waiting on God to exceeding above all you could as or think!!

I was REMINDED today, that I’m living in answered prayers, day in and day out, I’m looking at it!! The joy of being a wife even though it’s not easy by a long shot but we keep going, keep pressing!

Then being Mama to my two beautiful babies, what an absolute honor, having been blessed with the children I prayed for!

I’m BLESSED, even when it doesn’t feel like, even when times are hard, if God does nothing else, he’s already done more than enough!!!

M A R R I A G E !!!

One of the hardest journeys of my life is being a wife, transparently my husband and I both grew up in two parent households. With parents that loved us deeply and truly, who were married.

Even with that being our realities we both experienced things that we vowed not to mimic in our own marriage and to chart our own path to what our union will look like. With God as the head, and us leaning into what HIS will is for our lives…. and let me tell YOU!!!! 🗣️IT’s HARD!!!

Even looking at this picture, you wouldn’t even be able to tell we were in and are STILL in one of the most challenging seasons of our marriage. One where we have both wanted to quit MANY TIMES!!!

Why share this Bri?? Well because I want people to know that what it might look like on the outside for those we might “envy” or look up to, we NEVER know anyone’s journey to get there!

I vowed to love, honor, support, and be in this marriage but my work didn’t start there! It’s an everyday decision RENEWAL and it’s one I don’t take lightly. So, be encouraged, know that you are NOT ALONE, trials and tribulations look different for everyone, and that’s OKAY!!!

Embrace every chapter, embrace every storm, and know that nothing lasts always!!! Better days ahead, ESPECIALLY for us !!! ❤️

9 Months with our girl !!!

Today my Princess turned 9 months old and I’m sitting here wondering where the time truly went??

Jordyn is truly my dream come true, this sweet baby is healing parts of me I didn’t know were broken. I want to be an even better woman to show my girl the way, she’s such a loving little baby and she love LOVES her Mommy and I can’t thank God enough for blessing me with her. Also with the opportunity to stay home with her and her big brother on a daily, has been such a blessing.

To think I wanted another boy so bad, but I am FOREVER indebted, and have even more reason to give God the glory because only HE could create such a beautiful blessing.

My mini me, my perfect girl, my Princess, 9 months with you has been a dream! Cheers 🥂 to soooo many more, can’t believe in 3 short months she’ll be the big ONE!!!!

Meet The Stallings Family!!!

So many new faces here, and while we pivot to a stronger social media presence, I thought an introduction was in order.

We are a family of 4, that love God, each other, and a wide range of other things we can’t wait to share! Our story began in 2019, when my husband and I met, a year later, we married in October of 2020, and had our 1st born, our son Dru a few short months after!!

Recently, but not so recent 😭 we welcomed our 2nd child, our baby girl Jordyn to make us complete!! It is my desire to share more on all platforms, all things event planning, sibling fashion, motivation, Mom of Two Content, and whole lot more!!!

Merry Christmas 🎁🎄 from our family to yours!!!

So thankful for today, this time last year we were claiming by faith that we would be in our house this Christmas. As just a few days before Christmas we found out baby #2 was on the way!!

Needless to say, God did BOTH!!!! We closed on our house just a few weeks later, and we also welcomed a healthy baby girl this past Summer!! If we didn’t open a single gift underneath the tree today, God has done MORE than enough.

Eating, spending quality time, and enjoying the smiles on our babies faces today as of course we did the MOST 🤣🤭! Enjoy today everyone!!!

The Stallings’ Christmas 2023

All I can say is “Thank You Lord” when I look at this little family of mine. 2023 brought with it a new member of our family, our sweet baby girl Jordyn, taking us from a family of 3 to 4.

With that, our hearts have been made FULL and our family has been completed. After TWO extremely difficult pregnancies where I was sick the ENTIRE time from start to even getting sick during delivery, I’m just grateful that my babies arrived simply PERFECT!

To my husband Babe, it’s been a YEAR!!! So many ups and downs, a few tears, but by the GRACE we made it. We are still here, still together, still fighting for this beautiful life we created together.

People often see the GOOD and of course we want to show that, but 2023 came with valley’s we didn’t expect. However GRACE is sufficient, and we WILL come out better in this next year. STRONGER and TOGETHER.

Happy Holidays to you all, thank you to each soul that follows me and my family on here! Next year WILL look different and I hope you all stick around for the crazy ride!

It’s the MOST wonderful time of the year!!!

This is what dreams are made of!!! I am truly living the life I prayed for in so many ways, I have an amazing husband! Who let’s me be ME, and adores me and ALL my EXTRA!! 😍 You are truly a man after God’s own heart I love you something awful !!

Then to add to our live story God blessed us to become parents, I am GRATEFUL!!! The biggest blessing of it all is that we still have SO FAR to still go!!

Cherishing every moment of this holiday season, and doing a whole lot of FIRSTS with the family I created!!

Mr. “Two” Cool !!!

Wow! Two years ago today I gave birth to the sweetest, most handsome baby boy in my world!! The past two years have been the most challenging, exhilarating, WONDERFUL years of my entire life!

I could not imagine a world where Dru Ezra Stallings didn’t exist, our hearts and our hands have been full but I wouldn’t change a single thing!! I still pinch myself because I honestly feel so unworthy to be this cool kids mommy!! Today is a holiday in the Stallings’ house!! Hubby Darrius Stallings we did it my love, another year of killing it at this parenting thing!!! Cheers to us, and our amazing baby boy!!! 💙

Dru Ezra Stallings…..

Sweet Boy you made me a Mommy! As we prepare to travel to celebrate this weekend I wanted to stop and publicly thank you . You’re one day away from 17 months old, and this has been the greatest 17 months of my life.

I don’t remember life before you much, but I do know that I never lived in my full self until I met you. You’ve given me purpose like never before, strength I didn’t know I had, and FAITH I didn’t know I lacked. You’ve turn me and your dad’s world a new…..been comfort for us some of our darkest hours. You are a warrior, tackling battles since in my womb.

A Helper, you’ve helped us grow in love, our hearts have grown a hundred times over because of you. You mean the world to us sweet boy, and we thank God for your life, light, and for having the honor of being your parents.

For the rest of this life and the next, being your mommy will forever be my greatest love and willful duty. You were created to take this world by storm, and I can’t wait to see how God uses you to bring about a change this world so needs!

MOTHER!!

Becoming a mom, was by far my greatest accomplishment. I longed to be a mother; but more importantly I wanted to be a WIFE!

Then when I met my husband my desire turned into me wanting to be “Darrius’s Wife”. Along the way of everyday life I forgot myself a little, I didn’t focus as much time on myself it was and still is ALL about my baby. However I had to find balance, because my first ministry is my marriage.

My husband and I both deserve the vibrant me, the sexy me, the put together me that we both LOVE and became accustomed to. So, this is me…..living out loud, loving myself, clapping for myself, and being ALL that God called me to be! Not just a glimpse, there’s no turning back, applying pressure every.single.time!!!
