Our Story

Levon Keyork, ChefLev, has studied at Institut de Tourisme et Hotellerie du Québec in gastronomy. He has quickly earned a lot of experience in the domain and switched from engineering to a cooking career. In the past few years, he has worked in several of the best kitchens in Montreal, such as, Au Pied de Cochon, Damas, Toqué!, Chasse-Galerie, Mercuri, and in Michelin starred Relais et Chateaux restaurants in France to be able to learn different cuisines and cultures. Regardless of all the cooking experience, what differentiates ChefLev is his preciseness and love he puts in each of his plates, every little detail of the menu is thought out to bring an explosion of flavours to your palate.
