Please help. I have been logged out of my business Instagram account (which I also use for personal use), and I cannot get back in. I have tried everything. It doesn't recognise my email, phone number or username (). I have no idea what to do. I have important contacts and inbox conversations in my Instagram. I was only using it a couple of hours ago, and now it's not letting me in. I have never had this problem before, and I am obviously quite worried that I won't be able to get back in. There are clients I need to speak with, and friends I like to talk to. I haven't used or been active on Facebook in a long time as there are people and content on here that cause me deep distress. When you are on here there is no avoiding those things, no matter what you do. I am trying very hard not to look at anything whilst I'm temporarily here trying to figure this out. I had previously deleted my facebook account to avoid seeing anything that could further hurt me (seems a lil dramatic but just saying it how it is). I never wanted to log back into facebook but I've had no choice, out of sheer desperation. I need to retrieve my Instagram page. I could really use some help if anyone has experienced this lock-out on their own Instagram account. This message may also let some of my Instagram friends and followers know that I haven't left them high and dry, I'm just unable to access my account, and I apologise for the disruption.
