StarGazer will debut a new mid-size limousine style party bus in 2025. The bus is our original 12-passenger bus that has been remodeled and redesigned to offer limousine perimeter seating, new custom flooring and bar areas, new privacy wall, table seating, LED party lighting, lighted cup holders, charging areas for phones, new surround sound stereo and speaker system, and even a special place for coolers, so clients have easy access to their food and drink.

StarGazer and Northwoods Mobility Services is seeking additional drivers immediately and in the new year to handle increasing demand for non emergency medical transportation and airport passenger transport all across the Northwoods. Currently, our team of dedicated and experienced drivers serve clients in Oneida, Vilas, Lincoln, Price, Forest and surrounding counties.

We work with multiple insurance providers and transportation vendors. Our fleet includes late model and quality passenger cars and vans and wheelchair accessible vehicles.

We need drivers who love people, love to travel the roads of the beautiful Northwoods, are dependable, kind and compassionate. Drivers must be willing to travel in winter weather conditions and be able to pass a regular Motor Vehicle Driving Report, criminal background check (required by our vendors and the state of Wisconsin), and pass a pre-employment and at least annual drug screening.

All training provided by our staff and paid. Vehicles are owned and provided by our company and all drivers are employees, not independent contractors.

Now Accepting Applications for Transportation Manager

We seeking a full-time transportation manager to be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our company's transportation-related activities. In this role, you'll be keeping track of transportation operations and ensuring that all policies, procedures, and safety rules are followed. Those with management experience in other areas are encouraged to apply.

The Transportation Manager will:
*Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, scheduling and tracking of transportation vehicles and drivers;
*Plan, organize, and manage subordinate staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company's standards and to meet trip volume demands;
*Conduct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints;
*Collaborate with the ownership team to formulate and implement transportation-related procedures as well as company revenue goals and customer service objectives;
*Arrange repairs and routine maintenance of transportation vehicles with the direction of the Owner/Service Manager;
*Comply with transportation-related policies, as well as safety rules, and government regulations, and overseeing OSHA related compliance;
*Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits and monitoring vehicle inspection issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:
*High School Diploma and preferably some college
*Experience in or knowledge of transportation is valuable
*Understanding of HR and management policies is a plus
*Ability to use computer technology and web-assisted software for scheduling and tracking of vehicles and safety compliance
*Strong sales ability, including the ability to speak with potential clients about our services and having a calm and friendly phone demeanor.
*Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
*Strong communication skills with fellow coworkers and the owner team about issues, news, updates and any necessary safety or maintenance issues.
*Good self direction and work ethic and ability to build staff energy, enthusiasm and teamwork
*Analytical skills for problem solving
*Reliable work transportation
