Big Dogg BBQ had a great weekend at the Bands and BBQ at the Point in Carrollton, KY. I’d like to thank my teammates Randy Hunt, Matt Richardson and Jason Holtman who all stepped up and did a great job and Jay Craig who built my awesome Outlaw Smoker.

Results:
10th in Chicken,
10th in Ribs,
2nd in Pork,
5th in Brisket giving us an overall finish of Reserve Grand Champion!!!

Congrats to everyone that heard their names called. Especially Butts N Racks BBQ with their 1st place Brisket call.

Misty Wheeler and the City of Carrollton did it right. I can’t wait to go back!

SALUTING OUR 20TH COMPETITION TEAMS

Welcome to the 20th Madison Ribberfest Indiana State Championship Barbeque Cookoff, Big Dogg BBQ - “Cincinnati’s Championship BBQ Food Truck”. Mario Ramirez along with his cook team Randy Hunt, Matt Richardson, Dan and Jason are back in Madison in August. They plan on expanding their success from last year as they finished 8th overall and had the 1st place Chicken.
