Lunch was set for us by at our faux reception stop at The History Museum.

What do you think about pre-plated salads?

Your guests find their seats after cocktail hour and the salad, bread and butter are already at the table? OR should guests come in find their seat and then the salad service starts?

Pre-plated saves time and helps get to dinner faster.

Pre-plated also has the salads sitting for 30-40ish minutes. Let us know what you think in our story!
