Setup is at 8:30am, no one will be admitted prior to this as we need to mark out spaces the morning of.

Safety!!

Please ensure if you have one space you are only bringing a maximum 8ft table. No stands will be allowed outside of your 8 ft table as the aisles are small. If you have stands or hanging racks please reach out for an extra space (please note you will be moved to the cafe as we cannot accommodate two spaces together in the gym now)

Please bring enough items to accommodate customers until the end of the show. Vendors are not permitted to pack up prior to the end of the show and all customers have left.

Please keep aisles clear, exits clear and stay within your space

There is no eating in the gym, we will have tables in the cafe for an eating area where our food vendors will be setup as well.

Please note, we cannot accommodate any reassignments to your assigned spaces. Unfortunately it is very time consuming and has taken many weeks to get everyone in a good place and requests for spaces are not guaranteed or possible sometimes.

Please check the assignments so you know where you will be setting up. Thank you.

The countdown begins! Some reminders:

You may bring (1) 8-foot table per space purchased.

Don’t forget your basket for the raffle
Each vendor will receive one sheet on check in.

Bring a lunch, snacks & water!

Don’t forget change!! Have your phone charged well for your payment apps / square etc.

Check in begins at 8:30am, event runs 10-4

Santa will be there 12-2

Bring enough inventory and share the flyers and spread the word!!!

We’ve had such a high interest in the event from simply sharing that we may open more spaces! So Sunday I will be going out to take a look at the gym and the adjacent cafe to see how many more spots and send the table assignments out on Monday of next week.

Tomorrow the list of your space assignment with map will go out.

Please remember you may bring an 8 foot table per space you paid for and for safety reasons we have to assign the spaces to allow room for each vendor to move freely while having space for our customers.

Also, don’t forget your basket entry for the basket raffle 🙂 & share share share!! The countdown to the event begins now, so share the flyers made for the event.

We will be posting in all local groups, newspaper, bee, news outlets and more.

We need you!

We will be posting a variety of flyers that may or may not fit well with your business. Please share these with your customer base, your business pages, your socials, your friends and family!

We will be promoting this event publicly at local establishments, social pages, event pages & locally out front of the building with signage in the weeks leading up to the event.

We have to fill two spaces. Once the spaces are secured we will then finalize the vendor space assignment.

Please keep in mind with your displays, you are allowed enough space for an 8 foot table. There will be rows of spaces, you won’t have room to hang into the aisles to keep safety and compliance into consideration for our shoppers!

Remember to bring enough product, snacks and water for yourself and you’re welcome to bring a co-partner to help run your table.

Due to safety reasons, vendors should be setup no later than 9:45am and should not clean up until the show is over and our guests leave to ensure safety. - I was at an event recently where a woman tripped and fell over scattered items from a vendor who packed up early to leave. We want to avoid this ❀
