I always remind my couples to create a box full of their detail shot items before the wedding day. It makes it so much easier for the photographer to grab the box and create beautiful flat lays, without the stress of collecting all the items to be included.

Items that I recommend to be included are:
- Jewelry (especially your wedding bands!)
- Shoes
- The Groom’s tie
- Invitations/Save the Dates
- Family heirlooms
- Any other details that are important to you! There are no wrong answers!

Hot tip: ask your florist for some extra greenery and buds to include as well!

One of my favorite parts of the wedding design process is stationary and signage. Although they seem like small details, they often play a big role in creating a cohesive design for the day. By including the same elements in all of your signage and stationary, it ensures a consistent and clear theme throughout the entire event!

Your wedding should be a reflection of you and your partner’s relationship. If something isn’t important to you as a couple on your wedding day, skip it! Not interested in a cake cutting? No worries! Would rather have pizza for dinner instead of a fancy 3 course meal? Go for it!

We had so much fun at Delaney & Nick’s wedding - so many unique details through out the day. From a Christmas tree guest book, to a live painter, it was a gorgeous wedding! Cheers to the Acris!
