THE MIDWEEK MEET 🏖🌊
This week, Beach Burnout will be back at Ardrossan south beach. WED 6PM.

If anyone's want to join us, classes are still only £3 🤩 pm to reserve a space and just pay on arrival.

Disco Burnout is a summer run group focusing on fitness, health and wellbeing and has been running since 2010.

We will have music, routines, power walking with a view, some LME and finish off with some stretches, relaxation, mindfulness and a cold water dunk if you like.

SUNRISE/SUNSET CLASSES WILL RUN OVER THE SUMMER HOLIDAYS AND DATES WILL BE CONFIRMED IN THE COMING WEEKS 🤩.

So I have a few meetings over the next fortnite regarding covid forms and how it all works rule wise and people that may be interested in helping out with our launch night. I’m planning on making the launch night more of an event than a class for everyone to come along, try it out and get a feel for it 👣🧠🫁🫀 Our new classes will be held at Irvine Beach for now and I hope to see you all there trying it out soon ❤️

So after being out the game for a few years now due to personal reasons I’m looking at bringing back the burnout! Keep an eye on the page for details coming soon in the summer 🤫👀❤️ Classes will be in various locations (covid may change things) and will be based on working as much on emotional well being aswell as physical well-being. We have a brand new class never seen before 👀 and as always “party yourself fit” 😘 classes will be themed and kids welcome too, to join in on many of the classes. Classes will be cheap, and no bookings 🤫 I just have to look into covid regulations and how to keep you all safe and we will have the show on the road 🦾 many of us are a bit older now, but remember, it’s all about your own capabilities and confidence levels 💅🏽 and I hope to see ALL my oldies back! Ps -THE TUNES ARE BETTER THAN EVER!
