What’s happening at Slough Food in December?! Our final paella party of 2024 with is on Sunday December 15! And our dear friend will be in residence on Saturday December 21st with the newest of her gorgeous cookbooks. We will have a few things prepared from said book and will be delighted to usher in the solstice with all of you. Mark your calendars! Stay tuned for details. Also…our founder and head honcho will be hanging up his apron at years end and handing the reins to me. Me being KJ. Come in and wish him well on his next chapter. We are serving up a couple pop-ups this weekend! First today we are at here in Bellingham and then Sunday we will be at the down in Seattle.
Serving with prawns, pork sausage and mussels for $25 a plate and a featuring lions mane & cosmic queen mushrooms from , as well as black kale, fennel, beets, and broccolini 🥘❤️‍🔥🍻
