Our cross has a story.......

The wood that made our cross came from an old schoolhouse building that used to sit in town (Hilda, SC) and later moved out to the farm as a home. Some of our relatives attended school in the schoolhouse before it was moved. The wood served as some of the floor timbers for the schoolhouse.
Last year, the Building Construction students at the Barnwell County Career Center under the supervision of their instructor Mr. Mark Fischer helped bring our cross to life.

We pray that the cross will be a reminder to all of our guests to trust in the Lord and always put Him first!
Seeing our cross stand above several weddings and family portraits makes our hearts so happy.
