We are honored to commemorate the life of Dyamund Shields Jr.

A community viewing will be held this Thursday, August 15th, from 3 pm to 7 pm on the grounds of Marcom-Harvey Funeral Care, located at 9100 Blue Ridge Blvd.

Food trucks will be on site to celebrate DJ's entrepreneurial spirit, and a portion of all food truck proceeds will be gifted to DJ's children.

We encourage the community to come out and pay their respects to a man who gave back to so many through his many gifts that he openly shared with Kansas City.

Cameras are not allowed in the chapel and security will be onsite for a peaceful, respectful celebration of DJ's life.

If you have a food truck and wish to participate and donate a portion of your proceeds back to the family, please contact us at 816.763.9100.
If you would like to volunteer with decorative efforts such as pictures, backdrops, balloons etc. please contact us as well.

Union Station's nearly month-long transformation for the 2023 Holiday Season is underway! 🎄 Crews and volunteers are already hard at work and will continue working tirelessly over the next several weeks to get our historic monument ready for the opening of Holiday Reflections and the start of our 2023 Holiday Season on November 20. And with the return of beloved traditions as well as exciting new additions, it's our biggest holiday season yet!
