We have a wonderful evening planned featuring some fantastic wines from crowd favorite, Goldschmidt Vineyards. Still family owned and run, Goldschmidt produces exceptional wines from multiple viticultural areas, including Napa, Sonoma and Barossa Valley.

We'll feature a great array of wines, including two different cabernets, one hailing from Alexander Valley, the other from Oakville. ✨️Lone Madrone 5-course Wine Dinner w/ Lucas Meisinger✨️

Please join us in Oceanside at for a fantastic lineup of 5 small-production wines from boutique winery,

Starting out in 1996 as a single cabernet side-project for Neil Collins (while leading the winemaking at Tablas Creek), Lone Madrone has exponentially grown. Teaming up with his sister, Jackie Meisinger in 2003, the winery has continued to see steady growth and acclaim over the past 20 years. Though Neil continues his winemaking and vineyard management rolls at Tablas Creek, family reinforcements have allowed for Lone Madrone to keep its trajectory. After growing up in the wine world, both Neil and Jackie's children are now involved in the day to day operations of the winery.

🙋🏻‍♂️ Lucas Meisinger, Lone Madrone's National Sales Representative, will be joining us for the evening to share his family's exceptional wines and discuss the winery's storied past

We'll feature one white, one light red and one very bold red; so, we'll have something for every palate! Each of these very different wines shares a unique trait, though. They are each....unique! Each wine is a single varietal expression of a grape you may not be very familiar with. This will be a great opportunity to sample something "off the beaten path".

✨️✨️ 3 nights with Thibido Winery ✨️✨️

We are thrilled to share a fantastic line up of 5 micro-production wines from boutique winery, Thidibo, which is located in the Willow Creek area of Paso Robles.

Co- Owner and Winemaker Josh Beckett will be joining us for each evening. Josh has an old school approach to grow­ing and mak­ing wine with a new school atti­tude. He’s been in the wine indus­try his entire life but con­tin­ues to learn and grow, col­lab­o­rate with his peers and try new things in the vine­yard and in the win­ery. As a kid, Josh grew up at Peachy Canyon Win­ery with his fam­i­ly, founders Doug and Nan­cy Beck­ett. After years discovering his own way of making wine, first in Australia, then returning to Paso. Josh, alongside his broth­er, Jake, created a name for himself as co-owner and winemaker of edgy, boundary-pushing brand, Chron­ic Cel­lars. Chron­ic was an out­let for Josh to exper­i­ment with uncon­ven­tion­al blends, small lots of fruit and new age wine­mak­ing tech­niques. After sell­ing Chron­ic Cel­lars to WX Brands, Josh and his wife/co-owner, Gibsey devel­oped and plant­ed Thibido vine­yard in 2018 and 2019. This vine­yard is the cul­mi­na­tion of Josh’s expe­ri­ence, plant­ed with sev­er­al vari­etals, root­stocks and trel­lis­ing styles in order to max­i­mize the qual­i­ty of the fruit and min­i­mize the need for over­ly inva­sive winemaking.

🤩Owner and Winemaker, Kory Burke will be joining us for four evenings, including an evening at our Newport Beach location.

Dresser Winery is a family-owned and operated, artisan winery located in the Geneseo area of the Paso Robles AVA. Dresser Winery is the next stage of Gelfand Vineyards. It embodies a sincere sense of passion for all aspects of wine making from farming to sharing wines with the guests who become extended friends and family. This will be a great chance to sample some of the vast array of varietals crafted by a grassroots winery. These wines are the epitome of boutique and are not found outside of the winery.

We'll be presenting an eclectic selection of wines, each hailing from a different California wine region! Chef Erin will present each wine and discuss each of the five wine regions and what sets them apart from each other. In addition to a wide variety of California appellations, we will also showcase a few unique varietals, including a petit verdot and an albarino. We round out the other selections with classic varietals like cabernet and zinfandel. Larry Schaffer, winemaker at tercero wines, is as entertaining as he is knowledgeable. He made a special visit to the house on our Santa Barbara Wine Trip. He guided us through a private wine tasting of his amazing wines. He not only shared his fabulous wines with us, but he also shared knowledge and stories about his wines and his wine making process.

We were all so grateful to have shared an evening of wine, laughs, and stories with Larry!

If you missed the wine trip, don't fret.
Larry will be joining us on June 19th at North County Wine Company and will be sharing that same enthusiasm at our wine pairing dinner!
