I initially purchased these blueberries for my dessert creation and made the mistake of sampling a few… because of the size 😅.
I ate the entire container, they were juicy and not too sweet.

In my house there is no rule that says we must have stuffing on Thanksgiving. The days after works just fine because after everyone has consumed all the turkey, 🦃 ham and other goodies they don’t want to see it for the next couple of days.
So with that leftover corn casserole or corn bread, the bits and pieces of ham and turkey, now you have a fresh dish they will enjoy. Recipe below in comments.
Here it is served with scrambled eggs and fruit for breakfast!

MEAL PREP
Getting my salad prepped!
This will last me for 3 days, more if no one helps 😃to eat it!
Always de-seed the cucumbers as that’s the first part that starts to decompose.
Romaine lettuce 🥬 Red Cabbage, Cucumbers, Celery, Shredded Carrots 🥕, Red Onion 🧅. Tossed and store in a airtight container. Toasted coconut 🌴flakes and diced Rotisserie Chicken Breast. Tomatoes and Cranberries will be added before eating.
