🌸 Valentine’s Day preorders close Monday! 🌸 This is a medium arrangement from last year - see other size examples a few posts back and in highlights. Valentine’s flowers will include ranunculus, roses, anemones, and more, in a berry-inspired color palette. We have .parker.ceramics vases available to add on to your order! Mary, as usual, has come up with the vase of my dreams, so… don’t miss out. 💕

I know you’re probably like “when is she gonna shut up about Valentine’s Day? It’s January… 😑” but sorry because it’s not today! Yes, it’s still 2.5 weeks away, but your preorders help me soo much - I’m able to plan ahead and make sure to have enough flowers for everyone who needs them. The link to order is in our bio! 🙂 For anyone new around here - I have an in-home studio (I’m not a retail florist with a physical store, so don’t try to come find me 😅). We offer flowers by preorder once a month and always announce the date here at least a couple weeks in advance… The more you know! 🌠

I think about these ranunculus from last Valentine’s all. the. time. Valentine’s Day preorders are officially open! This time, the color palette is BERRY-inspired 🍇 and there’s a .parker.ceramics twist! 😎 We have a limited number of custom, handmade vases by .parker.ceramics available as an optional add-on to your flower order (small and medium arrangements only). We love flowers and we love Mary’s pottery over here, so I’m pumped to finally be able to offer her gorgeous pieces along with our flowers. They’re made especially for Valentine’s, so… yes, they’re pink! 🥰 Preorders will remain open until January 31st or until we sell out. A few Oak + Dahlia updates! ✨

1) Art in Bloom starts tomorrow! Our floral design inspired by ’s “Toy Pieta” (pedestal 25) is up at for the next 4 days! Featuring vases by none other than .parker.ceramics 🖼🌸

2) We’ll be opening up preorders for June deliveries SOON! 🥳 There are so many beautiful local summer flowers, including dahlias, and I’m excited to keep designing for y’all - this will be our 5th month in a row offering everyday arrangements once a month and it’s been such a highlight of 2021 so far! Check here for date announcements at least 2 weeks ahead of time - the link to preorder lives in our bio! 💐

3) If you’re waiting on an email from me, I’m getting back to regularly scheduled programming after Sunday. Thank you for being so patient and understanding while my mind has been elsewhere! 😰 I’m excited to get back to talking all things events and weddings, which have started ramping up again! 🤩

Not knocking on the start of summer, and I’m definitely ready for my dahlias to bloom, but local spring flowers are my favorite! 😭 These ranunculus (butterfly and regs), anemone, and hellebore were all from back in April and I miss them. That’s it. That’s the whole post! 🌠

Soooo, Art in Bloom is very soon! 😅If you didn’t already know, I’m designing a piece for the second week of AIB at - Thursday, June 10th through Sunday, June 13th. Despite the nerves and all the worrying I’ve done for the last 3 months, I’m excited! Especially because I teamed up with the extremely kindhearted and rad .parker.ceramics who’s made me the most incredible vessels for my design. Thank you to Mary for saying yes and for spending so much time perfecting each one! I’m also excited because this represents a pretty big milestone for me. When I started my floral design ~journey~ in 2017-18, the biggest (and seemingly most outlandish) goal I had for myself was to design for Art in Bloom one day. Gonna wait to pat myself on the back until it’s all said and done, but I’m thankful the opportunity is here and that I believed in myself enough to go for it. Also very thankful for the encouragement and support from my friends and family - you know who you are! And most of all to my husband, Heath, who reassures me every single day that it will work out, and reminds me to HAVE FUN. So, who’s gonna be there?! 😎

Mother’s Day flowers are going fast, so don’t miss out - link in bio to preorder. My mom isn’t on Instagram, so she won’t see this... but I’m very determined to surprise her with an arrangement for Mother’s Day this year. I haven’t figured out when I’m driving 3 hours to get them to her, but we’ll figure that out later! Mother’s Day will be especially hard this year after losing my grandmother in January, so I want to make it extra special for her. Please know that if you’re feeling less than excited about this holiday due to loss, a strained relationship, or your own journey with motherhood, I see you and hold space (and flowers) for you. 💕
