關於我們
香港美食車聯盟是美食車營運者成立的官方團體，代表由香港旅遊事務處支持及經辦的真正持牌美食車。

沿革
2016年，香港旅遊事務署宣佈推出美食車先導計劃，發出16個美食車牌照，讓勝出的參賽者在香港不同熱門場地營運，目的是要吸引更多遊客來港，同時為公眾和旅客提供更多元化和具有創意的優質美食，並推動各種具有本地旅遊特色的活動，讓美食車可以參與其中。

使命
我們成立的目的，是可以讓美食車營運者聯手在不同的活動、市場推廣計劃和慈善活動中，提升各界對香港美食車的認識。

我們並沒有任何政治立場。

The Hong Kong Food Truck Federation is the official food truck operator group representing licensed food trucks in Hong Kong, supported by the Tourism Commission. Our Story
In 2016, the Hong Kong Tourism Commission announced the Food Truck Pilot Scheme, selecting 16 licenses for food trucks in Hong Kong through an intensive application process and cook-off challenge. The scheme aims to enhance the appeal of tourist attractions and provide diverse, creative, and high quality dishes to tourists and the public at different Hong Kong hotspots and special events. Our Mission
Our mission is to join forces together to raise the awareness for Hong Kong Food Trucks through events, marketing campaigns, and charity activities. Hong Kong Food Truck Federation Members:
