Smedevents is locally owned and made up of experienced, professional, exciting bartenders that are ready to bartend any event you would like to provide alcohol to with ease. We aren't a huge catering company and we aren't going to charge you ridiculous prices just because we have a license to sell alcohol. We want to provide you with an affordable way to have everything you could ever dream of at

your wedding rather than picking and choosing services you can afford. Sarah Smedley is the owner, operator, and main bartender for most events. She has been bar tending for event centers and restaurants for the past 6 years. She has worked at LP field, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, War Memorial Auditorium, and Bridgestone Arena. She has experience in bar tending for multiple catering companies, large parties privately, and multiple restaurants. Through all of this experience, Sarah has been able to uniquely combine her skills to provide you with extraordinary service in the most stressful of conditions. She has trained bartenders in the past and has put together a team of the best high volume bartenders around. She really means no event is too big or too small! Smedevents will help you with any and all things beverage related pertaining to your event. We help with decorations, liquor and ice pick up, keg pick up and return, set up and clean up, custom specialty drinks, garnishes, and any thing else you can think of. We offer fully customizable plans to ensure you are getting exactly what you want to pay for. Smedevents began as a group of bartenders who worked at all of the event venues and various bars throughout Nashville, TN. If some of our faces look familiar you may have seen any of them at the Mother Church better known as the Ryman, Grand Ole Opry, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium (we still call it Adelphia), Cannery Ballroom, TPAC, War Memorial Auditorium, and possibly any of the fine establishments under bright neon lights on Broadway. Tourists may call them honkytonks, but we just call them home. When you hire Smedevents, you are hiring a vibe-the Nashville vibe. We are all born and bred natives of the 615 that bring an essence of southern charm to each wedding, class, and sophistication to each whiskey or wine tasting, but can still hold your hand while you boot scoot on the bartop of your AirBNB during a mixology course for a bachelorette party.
