DANCE TEACHERS in Snohomish County
The Lake Stevens Health & Wellness Festival is happening this Sunday. I will be Djing a Dance Party during the day in the Old Mill Events Center.
We have 2 more slots we’re looking to fill for some dance tutorials & we would love to find 2 more Dance Teachers to share a mini-dance lesson called Dance Floor Dance Moves. for others, especially the kids to learn. The teacher will teach 3-4 dance moves in a class that last up to 30 minutes.
If you’d like to join us, we can give your dance school a shout out on the main stage and/or waive your registration fee for a vendor booth and promote your dance group or dance school, we would love to have you join us!

Each set will have a specific flavor or theme. This one was definitely about setting a sonic foundation in the church environment.

Azmyth has been DJing and sound sculpting since 1999, dropping out of art school to transition his visual appreciation into audio. As a past as a drummer he knows it’s all about the beat. His interests in nearly all genres have always spanned time & culture, sourcing a wide range of sounds from around the globe to infuse into his sets. Mainly future forward as the production quality & capability of sound engineering evolves, you’re bound to easily hear 5+ genres during his performances. Even more when designing ecstatic dance experiences where there is more time to navigate through many styles. Bass focused, dreamy at times and definitely playful grooves to dance to.

What was exposed here is the fact that speech is not violence at all. We must remember that we also as a receiver of certain words have the ability to make anything mean whatever we want it to, (humans are ALL meaning making machines). Words cannot hurt you unless you allow them to. You are the one at fault, you are the one that has the power to choose whether words and speech hurt you or not, do not blame the speech and do not blame the speaker, blame yourself if you allow yourself to be harmed by hot air and your own imagined emotions.

It is the person wielding the gun that chooses to cause harm. The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board has an agency bill, SB 5367 that would limit CBD H**p Consumable Products to 1mg per serving size and 3mg per container that the Industrial H**p Association of WA, IHEMPAWA is strongly opposed to in its current form! This bill would eliminate full spectrum h**p products over 3mg per container of THC! The average full spectrum h**p product is 2.5mg per serving of THC with 50mg of CBD and has all other h**p metabolites. A hearing in the Senate Labor & Commerce Committee is scheduled for Monday 1/30/22 at 10:30am.

How kind of the FDA to want to simplify their COVERT-19 strategy so that it’s far less complicated or confusing. I mean wouldn’t it be nice if it was just more like the annual flu shot and you just had to get it every year!?
Let’s see if they actually do what they’re suggesting. Which would mean that yes there is now a new updated annual COVERT-19 shot. Which you’ll be able to CHOOSE to get or not to get, (with zero repercussions in anyway regardless how you choose). If THEY’re saying that they wanna make it like the flu shot then that’s the way it should be.
And just a friendly note & reminder NPR:
Vaccination never has been and never will be the primary way for protecting ourselves.
As always for time immemorial, getting one’s self healthy, eating real food, taking natural plant supplements & not living in a constant state of FEAR will ALWAYS be the best way to protect EVERY HUMAN BEING.
