Customer Service Officer IMMEDIATE position:

*Flexible working hours*
•3 full weekdays
Mon, Wed, Fri - 9.30am to 6pm
•2 full weekdays
Mon & Wed - 9.30am to 6pm
•2 1/2 days
Fri - 10am to 2.30pm
Sat - 9.30am to 1pm

*Salary*
1.8k to 2k depends on experiences

*Working Location*
132 Joo Seng Road

*Jobscope*
- Replying emails using Zendesk
- Must be IT savvy (POS system to issue invoices)
- English and Chinese language
- Monthly inventory report
- Quarterly cost settlement
- Handle walk-in and call-in customers
- Knowledge Microsoft Software and Google sheet etc is a must for monthly inventory report and quarterly cost settlement
- Basic knowledge of inspection action cameras (training provided)
- Arrange courier service as and when needed (using company's FedEx account)
