Meet the Roaster, a short introduction to Steady State Roasting. Ain’t Normal has been sharing their coffee with you since being introduced to it by our dear customer and friend Hiroshi. We made this short clip to deepen the connection between the coffee that you love and Elliot, the roaster.

Open everyday from 7am to 3pm. Come by for coffee, toilet paper, or whatever is essential. . . . Limit one roll per customer.

Hello! We’re open everyday 7am - noon

Week 16 of our build is coming to an end. This week the restroom got wrapped up. We are also almost done with a huge tile job. It’ll be somewhere in the neighborhood of twenty thousand tiles when it’s all done. Each tile had to be individually set—one tile at a time!! We hope to have countertops cut and send bar face to powder coat next week.
