🟣IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GRAND MARCH YOU MUST ARRIVE BETWEEN 8 AND 9PM. IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 9PM YOU WILL STILL FOLLOW THE SAME RED ROUTE AND ENTER THROUGH THE GREEN DOT ENTRANCE FOR INSTRUCTIONS.

🟪IF YOU ARE RIDING TO THE ANNUAL BALL IN A LIMO OR PARTY BUS AND YOU NEED TO DROP OFF A CAR FOR AFTER - PARK IN THE ATTENDEE PARKING MARKED WITH A BLUE ASTERISK.

❌❌DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE CIVIC CENTER❌❌

🟪USE THE HIGHWAY 64 ENTRANCE TO THE CANTON CIVIC CENTER.

🟣USE THE RED ROUTE TO THE CANTON CIVIC CENTER AND PARK IN THE BLUE ASTERISK PARKING AREA.

🟪LIMOS AND PARTY BUSES WILL EXIT USING THE PINK ROUTE.

🟣ENTER THE CANTON CIVIC CENTER USING THE ENTRANCE LABELED WITH THE GREEN DOT. INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU ABOUT HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE GRAND MARCH ENTRANCE. (LABELED WITH BLACK DOTS)

We are 17 days away from The Annual Ball 2024!
Here are some important reminders:
🪩The last day to purchase a ticket is March 20th. To purchase a ticket visit https://www.eventcreate.com/e/theannualball2024
🪩ALL underclassman and out of district guests are required to fill out and return a form. You can pick up a copy of the form from Mrs. Robbins in the CHS office or you can email [email protected] and ask for a form to be emailed you.
🪩Everyone must have either a printed or electronic copy of their ticket for entry. Tickets were emailed to the exact email address you entered. If you have purchased a ticket but do not see the email please email [email protected]
🪩With your ticket you will need to present your photo ID. We understand everyone doesn’t have an ID. If you don’t that is ok. Please just email us at [email protected] and let us know
🪩Instructions on where to park and what door to enter will be posted a few days prior to The Annual Ball 2024.
🪩There will be a Grand March this year. Parent, friends, and family please make plans to attend. Information about the Grand March will be posted a few days before The Annual Ball 2024.

Tomorrow we have the First Monday Charity parking lot at the civic center and WE NEED HELP! It’s going to be beautiful outside so it will be BUSY!! This money goes straight to The Annual Ball 2024. It helps us pay for all the extra fun we add each year. Please comment below if you can help us out.
