Today is the big day!! The weather is absolutely amazing, and perfect for The Grand March Entrance tonight. Friends, family, and community are invited to watch The Annual Ball attendees and their guests enter the most exciting formal event of the year. All information regarding parking, entry, and tickets has been posted. Remember to be safe and make good decisions. Tonight is going to be so much fun! 🟪VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SATURDAY🟪

🟣IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GRAND MARCH YOU MUST ARRIVE BETWEEN 8 AND 9PM. IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 9PM YOU WILL STILL FOLLOW THE SAME RED ROUTE AND ENTER THROUGH THE GREEN DOT ENTRANCE FOR INSTRUCTIONS.

🟪IF YOU ARE RIDING TO THE ANNUAL BALL IN A LIMO OR PARTY BUS AND YOU NEED TO DROP OFF A CAR FOR AFTER - PARK IN THE ATTENDEE PARKING MARKED WITH A BLUE ASTERISK.

❌❌DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE CIVIC CENTER❌❌

🟪USE THE HIGHWAY 64 ENTRANCE TO THE CANTON CIVIC CENTER.

🟣USE THE RED ROUTE TO THE CANTON CIVIC CENTER AND PARK IN THE BLUE ASTERISK PARKING AREA.

🟪LIMOS AND PARTY BUSES WILL EXIT USING THE PINK ROUTE.

🟣ENTER THE CANTON CIVIC CENTER USING THE ENTRANCE LABELED WITH THE GREEN DOT. INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU ABOUT HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE GRAND MARCH ENTRANCE. (LABELED WITH BLACK DOTS)

🟪PARENTS, FRIENDS, AND FAMILY MEMBERS COMING TO WATCH THE GRAND MARCH ENTRANCE NEED TO ENTER THE CIVIC CENTER USING THE RED ROUTE AND PARK IN THE TURQUOISE GRAND MARCH PARKING AREA.

🟣GRAND MARCH VIEWING AREA FOR PARENTS, FAMILY, AND FRIENDS IS MARKED IN ORANGE. THEY WILL NEED TO BRING A CHAIR.

🟪THE GRAND MARCH WILL BE A FUN AND MEMORABLE PORTION OF THE ANNUAL BALL 2024. YOU HAVE SPENT A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY FOR THIS SPECIAL EVENING. HAVE FUN LETTING EVERYONE SEE HOW AMAZING YOU LOOK!! A GRAND MARCH IS A WIDELY KNOWN TRADITION. IT’S SOMETHING YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS!!!
