after rachael + alex’s micro wedding ceremony at , guests had a drink at the bar, r+a slow danced in the loft, and we “flipped” the solarium to welcome guests back for dinner 🍽️

we’ve seen everything happen in the solarium, ceremonies, cocktail hours, dinners, first dances, and more! the spaces are versatile and multi-use and the venue as a whole [staff included!] is such a gem!

we found our second home in during COVID. we had the honor of partnering with them in offering a micro-wedding package for those that wanted to celebrate in accordance with the mandates and restrictions in place.

these intimate and beautiful weddings were a bright spot during the pandemic and officiating these weddings definitely helped our founder, Dominique, work on her fear of public speaking! 😅

we are STILL picking ours jaws off the floor from this dreamy wedding. laura + michael’s black tie formal event was all about the details! ✨

the guests were welcomed into the library reading room with the angelic sounds of prior to the ceremony. once the vows and rings were exchanged, guests made their way to the atrium where freshly poured champagne was ready and waiting! 🥂

before + after dinner, treated us to espresso drinks ☕️ and hot cocoa with paired perfectly with the custom cookies from . [the cookie design was inspired by architectural details found inside the venue!]

shauna + justin’s wedding was an incredible celebration where guests were greeted with an outdoor cocktail hour with delicious food from , a string trio, and stocked bar. 🥂
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
after spending some time chatting, they welcomed their guests into the theater where they watched s+j’s wedding video. *cue tears*
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
dinner was set in the atrium and guests danced until the music stopped! 💃🕺🏼 the party wasn’t over though... they walked across the street and hung out at until the wee hours of the morning!

tessa + dereck’s wedding was the one that made us fall in love with the . we’ll tell you a few of our favorite things!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. the exterior has grand columns that are an incredible backdrop for photos of the wedding couple once the sun is behind the building [quick tip: earlier in the day, the light is harsh!]
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. the library reading room is another beautiful backdrop for photos or it can be used as your ceremony location! there are plenty of windows that let natural light in + as the sun sets, the reading lamps can be turned on to bring a warm glow to the room.

3. on your way to the library reading room, you get to use the beautiful marble stairs so make sure to get some photos! [there is an elevator that can be used for folx with mobility issues]

there's nothing worse than feeling rushed. it throws the whole day off 😅

one thing we do is build in pockets of downtime throughout your day when we're creating your timeline!

we want you to spend time with your wedding party celebrating, take a breather your new spouse, and feeling as relaxed as possible all day long!

we all can agree lush florals + centerpieces on guest tables are GORGEOUS, but there are times where they're not functional.

if you decide to have your meal served family style, you'll have to account for the space that the large bowls and platters will use on the table.

enter: bud vases! we love using bud vases to add flowers and a *pop* of color! with the addition of a mixture of candles [votives + tapers + pillars] will give you the flower accents you love with the space for your guests to eat comfortably 😊
