Narito ang ilang paalala upang maiwasan ang heat stroke:

• Dalasan ang pag-inom ng tubig
• Iwasan ang paglabas ng bahay bandang 10 a.m. hanggang 4 p.m.
• Iwasang uminom ng alak dahil ito ay nagiging sanhi ng dehydration
• Magsuot ng sumbrero o gumamit ng payong upang may panangga sa init
• Gumamit ng sunscreen
• Magsuot ng mga magaan at light-colored na damit
• Iwasan ang physical activities sa tanghali at hapon.

LOOK: Sen. Cynthia A Villar, together with Sen. Mark Villar, DPWH NCR Director Lorie M. Malaluan, and DPWH Asec. Neri Bueno leads the newly built C5 extension Quirino flyover opening at Las Pinas City, on Wednesday, April 24. The C5 Quirino Flyover was part of a larger project, the CAVITEX C5 Link Flyover Extension.

This project aimed to improve traffic flow between SLEX/C5 and Merville, Taguig. The newly opened flyover p will decongest traffic and improve the development of Las Piñas City and its surrounding areas.

Isang lakbay-aral sa Las Piñas Parañaque Wetland Park ang naganap noong ika 6 ng Abril 2024 na pinangunahan at dinaluhan ng ating mahal na Senadora Cynthia Villar kasama ang iba’t ibang samahan ng Brgy. Talon Singko.

Ang proyektong ito ay dinaluhan ng Boyscout and Girls Scouts of the Philippines- Moonwalk Elementary School at Moonwalk Elementary School Annex - Mikesell, Young Womens and Mens, Gate 2 Youth Organization, Tau Gamma Youth, SK Kagawad, mga g**o at magulang ng mga mag-aaral.

Sa lakbay aral na ito, nagkaroon ng pagkakataon na maibahagi ng ating Senadora ang kahalagahan at tamang pangangalaga sa kalikasan.

Unang pinag kaabalahan sa unang buwan ni San Ezequiel Moreno bilang Parish Priest sa Las piñas noong July 31 1876 .

Sa original na dokumentong ito mula sa Cargo y Data pahina 91 na mapalad na nakaligtas sa sunog noong 1879 . Inasikaso ni San Ezequiel ang mga gawain sa loob ng parokya gaya ng mga pag sasaayos sa simbahan, mga records ng simbahan mula sa pagpapabinyag hanggang sa sementeryo .

Maging sa mga pagpapasahod sa escribente , organista ng Simbahan at labandera .

Villar initiated in Las Piñas-Parañaque like the Las Piñas Parañaque Wetland Park (out of her personal fund), VIllar Farm Schools, Vermicomposting facilities, River cleanups (Las Piñas, Zapote and Molino Rivers), major road projects like the Zapote River Drive from Cavitex to MCX, Las Pinas River Drive from Cavitex to MCX, River Drive from Daang Hari to Nomo Road, Building of Drug Rehab Center in Las Piñas, The Las Piñas General Hospital, the Vice Mayors' League and Board Members' League Buildings (out of personal funds) to name a few.
